Dalmasters 2012-2013 Registration

The 2012-2013 swim season begins on Monday, September 3.

- Swim WITHOUT OBLIGATION for the month of September to see if you really want to join Dal Masters.
- If so, then you MUST REGISTER in October.

- Registration takes place on the Dalplex pool deck on Monday, October 1, at 8:30 pm (after swim practice).

- IF YOU DO NOT PROVIDE PAYMENT AND TWO FORMS ON MONDAY, October 1, YOU WILL NOT BE REGISTERED FOR DALMASTERS SEASON 2012-2013.

STEPS TO REGISTER

1. Membership is $120 for the year (365 days), with absolutely no fee reductions for anyone for any reason. Bring exact cash (no change will be available) or a cheque payable to “Dalhousie Masters Swim Club”. An NSF cheque will result in you not being registered for the season.

2. You MUST download and fill out the following two forms:

Download and complete the Dalhousie University release form.

Download and complete the DalMasters registration form.

These forms will NOT be provided on the pool deck. You must download them prior to registration.

IF YOU DO NOT PROVIDE PAYMENT AND TWO FORMS ON MONDAY, October 1, YOU WILL NOT BE REGISTERED FOR DALMASTERS SEASON 2012-2013.

DalMasters strongly urges all swimmers to be familiar with swim etiquette and swim terminology.
